MTG COAX Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of MTGCOAX.com and purchases made from MTG COAX. Throughout these Terms, “MTG COAX,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to MTG COAX.

By accessing our website, submitting an order, or agreeing to these Terms during checkout, you agree to follow these Terms and our posted policies. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or place an order.

1. Customer Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. A customer under 18 may purchase only with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete billing, shipping, contact, sizing, and customization information.

2. Products and Website Information

We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, colors, sizes, materials, images, prices, and availability accurately. However:

• Colors may appear differently depending on the customer’s screen;

• Handmade and printed products may have small variations;

• Product measurements may vary slightly;

• Website errors may occasionally occur; and

• Product availability may change without notice.

We may correct errors or update product information. If a correction materially affects an order, we will contact the customer before proceeding whenever reasonably possible.

3. Orders and Order Acceptance

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. MTG COAX may decline or cancel an order because of:

• Product unavailability;

• Payment problems;

• Suspected fraud;

• Incorrect pricing or product information;

• An inability to complete the requested customization;

• Suspected intellectual-property violations; or

• Content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

If MTG COAX cancels an order after payment has been collected, the amount paid for the canceled portion will be refunded.

We may limit quantities or refuse orders that appear intended for unauthorized resale.

4. Prices, Payments and Taxes

All prices are displayed in the currency shown on the website. Applicable taxes and shipping charges will be displayed during checkout before payment is completed.

Payment must be authorized before an order is processed. Customers represent that they are authorized to use the payment method submitted with an order.

Discounts and promotional codes:

• Must be used before their stated expiration;

• Cannot be exchanged for cash;

• Cannot normally be combined unless stated otherwise; and

• Cannot be applied to a completed order unless required by the promotion.

5. Order Cancellations

Standard products

A standard, non-custom order may be canceled only before it has been shipped.

Customized products

A customized or personalized order may be canceled only before production begins. Production may begin shortly after the order and required customization information are received.

Once a standard order has shipped or production of a customized product has begun, the order cannot be canceled. Any available return or exchange will then be governed by the MTG COAX Return, Refund & Exchange Policy.

Submitting a cancellation request does not guarantee cancellation. MTG COAX will confirm whether the order was canceled.

6. Customized and Personalized Products

Customers are responsible for reviewing all information submitted for a customized product, including:

• Names and spelling;

• Sizes and colors;

• Images, logos and artwork;

• Design placement;

• Dates and numbers; and

• Any other personalized details.

MTG COAX is not responsible for an error appearing exactly as supplied or approved by the customer.

We may make minor technical adjustments that are reasonably necessary for printing or production, such as resizing, repositioning, color conversion, background removal, or file-format conversion.

7. Customer Artwork and Intellectual Property

Customers keep ownership of artwork, photographs, logos, names, and other materials they submit.

By submitting material for customization, the customer gives MTG COAX a limited, nonexclusive permission to use, reproduce, resize, adjust, and share that material only as necessary to:

• Review the order;

• Prepare the design for production;

• Manufacture the requested product;

• Provide customer service; and

• Complete the transaction.

This permission ends when it is no longer reasonably necessary to complete or support the order, subject to recordkeeping requirements.

MTG COAX will not use customer-submitted designs or completed custom products in advertisements, social media, promotional materials, or its portfolio.

We may share submitted materials with production and technology service providers only when reasonably necessary to complete the order. These materials remain subject to our Privacy Policy and applicable law.

8. Customer Responsibility for Submitted Content

Customers may submit only material they own or have permission to use. By submitting artwork or other content, the customer represents that its printing and use will not violate another person’s:

• Copyright;

• Trademark;

• Right of publicity;

• Privacy rights; or

• Other legal rights.

Customers may not submit unlawful, threatening, harassing, defamatory, hateful, fraudulent, or obscene content.

MTG COAX may refuse or cancel a custom order that reasonably appears to violate these requirements.

9. Shipping and Delivery

Estimated delivery dates are estimates unless expressly identified as guaranteed.

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address. Contact MTG COAX immediately if an address needs to be corrected. An address cannot always be changed after an order has entered production or shipping.

When MTG COAX cannot ship an order within the promised time—or within the period required by law—we will notify the customer. The customer may agree to the delay or cancel the unshipped order for a full refund.

Shipping, delivery, damaged-package, and lost-package issues are also governed by our Return, Refund & Exchange Policy.

10. Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

All returns, refunds, and exchanges are governed by the separate MTG COAX Return, Refund & Exchange Policy posted on our website.

That policy includes the 15-day return-request deadline, customized-item restrictions, prepaid return labels, refund calculations, and exchange requirements.

The Return, Refund & Exchange Policy is incorporated into these Terms.

11. MTG COAX Website Content

Unless otherwise stated, the MTG COAX name, website design, product photographs, graphics, product descriptions, logos, and original designs belong to MTG COAX or are used with permission.

Website content may not be copied, reproduced, sold, distributed, modified, or commercially used without written permission, except where allowed by law.

12. Prohibited Website Use

Customers may not:

• Use the website for an unlawful or fraudulent purpose;

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website or another customer’s information;

• Introduce malware, viruses, or harmful code;

• Interfere with the website’s security or operation;

• Collect website or customer information through unauthorized automated methods;

• Impersonate another person or business; or

• Use MTG COAX content in a misleading or unauthorized manner.

MTG COAX may restrict access when it reasonably believes these Terms have been violated.

13. Third-Party Services and Links

Our website may use or link to third-party services, including payment processors, shipping companies, social-media services, and other websites.

MTG COAX does not control every third-party service and is not responsible for third-party content, availability, or independent practices. The third party’s own terms and policies may apply.

14. Disclaimer of Warranties

We will provide products and services with reasonable care and as described on our website.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website is otherwise provided on an “as available” basis. We do not promise that the website will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or available.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or consumer protections that cannot legally be excluded.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MTG COAX will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses resulting from use of the website or purchase of a product.

For a claim directly related to an order, MTG COAX’s total liability will not exceed the amount paid for the product involved in the claim, except when applicable law requires otherwise.

This limitation does not apply to fraud, intentional misconduct, gross negligence, or liability that cannot legally be limited.

16. Resolving Disputes

Before filing a legal claim, the customer agrees to contact MTG COAX and make a good-faith effort to resolve the concern directly.

If the dispute cannot be resolved directly, it may be brought before a court with proper jurisdiction in the Commonwealth of Virginia. These Terms are governed by Virginia law, without limiting any nonwaivable consumer rights provided by another applicable law.

These Terms do not require binding arbitration and do not prevent either party from seeking a lawful remedy in court.

17. Changes to These Terms

MTG COAX may update these Terms for future website use and purchases. Updated Terms will become effective when posted with a revised effective date.

The version in effect when an order is placed will continue to govern that order unless a change is required by law or both parties agree otherwise.

18. Severability and No Waiver

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect to the extent legally permitted.

A delay or failure by MTG COAX to enforce a provision does not permanently waive the right to enforce it later.

19. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Return, Refund & Exchange Policy, and any specific written terms provided for an order, form the entire agreement between MTG COAX and the customer regarding website use and purchases.
